Shipping

For orders $50 and over, we are happy to offer free shipping within the continental US. We accept orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO/DPO, and the U.S. Territories. Please note that you may experience longer delivery times to these areas. If you would like to expedite shipping, you have to pay an additional shipping charge. Please note we only offer express shipping to the 48 contiguous states. All orders are shipped via USPS.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International buyers outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. WWAKEUP does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on unused products within 14 days of purchase from wwakeup.com (minus the cost of shipping). To start a return, you can contact us at meow@wwakeup.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you wish to exchange

• Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration can not be accepted

• All exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted

International Returns
