Mondo Studio presents the ODD series in harmony with the beautiful color variations of natural stones and a unique stone setting technique that seems to blur the boundary between metal and mineral that collide with each other. To make the ultimate statement for the special emotional bond with cats, we use natural sapphires that have unique colors for each piece that celebrate love, friendship, and beautiful memories.

Jaein Park, the founder of Mondo Studio says, “I have three rescues, but I am a human rescue as well. I think cats come to our life to rescue us. When I went through the worst hardship in my life, even the daily life of waking up in the morning and going to work seemed impossible. One day my friend rescued a huge furry cat and brought him to me. I thought two was enough but my friend said she could only think of me at the time. It was my husband's birthday, but I remember it was the day I was rescued from my life once again. It took time for the last one, Jigu to grow closer to the two cats, so I started to bring him to my studio to make some space for other cats. Now he gets on the elevator by himself when I leave home for work. He makes me realize the joy and gratitude of living our daily lives and if we live one day at a time, life will reward us.”
